- The provider. This early-access trial is offered by Spotto Limited, Browns Bay, Auckland, New Zealand ("Spotto", "we", "us").
- The offer. The first ten (10) eligible Managed Service Providers to sign up get access to Spotto free for two (2) months, across their own Microsoft Azure environment and their clients' Azure tenants. Places are capped at ten (10) and allocated on a first-come basis. No payment and no card details are required to take part.
- Who can take part. You must work for a Managed Service Provider that manages Microsoft Azure for its clients, be authorized to accept these terms on that MSP's behalf, and be 18 or older. Spotto may accept or decline any applicant at its discretion.
- How the trial works. After you sign up, we arrange a short setup call. The trial is not self-serve; access is enabled with you during onboarding. On that call you connect your first client's Azure environment with our guidance, and you can add further clients from there.
- Connecting your clients' environments. To use the trial across your clients' tenants, you connect those Azure environments to Spotto. You confirm that you have the authority, and any consent required from your clients, to connect their Azure tenants to Spotto for the purpose of this trial. Obtaining and holding that consent is your responsibility, and Spotto relies on that confirmation.
- Access and data. During the trial, Spotto reads configuration, resource and billing metadata from the environments you connect, in order to surface recommendations and risks. Access is set up with you during onboarding and is limited to what Spotto needs to provide the trial. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Trial period and what happens after. The trial runs for two (2) months from your setup date. There is no obligation to buy anything. At the end of the trial your access ends unless you choose to subscribe, and because no card is taken you will not be charged automatically. We handle any data from the environments you connected in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Feedback. As an early-access participant you may be asked for feedback. You grant Spotto the right to use feedback you choose to give us to improve our products, with no obligation or attribution owed to you.
- Early-access product. Spotto is provided on an "as is", early-access basis and may change during the trial. To the extent permitted by law, Spotto's liability in connection with the trial is limited. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including, where it applies, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
- Confidentiality. Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the trial.
- Changes and withdrawal. We may amend these terms, or withdraw or pause the offer, if something outside our reasonable control requires it, or once the ten places are filled. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
- Privacy. We collect your details to run the trial and to contact you about it, handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not add you to unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
