- The provider. This free review is offered by Spotto Limited, Browns Bay, Auckland, New Zealand ("Spotto", "we", "us").
- The offer. A free Well-Architected review of one (1) Microsoft Azure client estate of your choosing, one review per Managed Service Provider. Spotto reviews the environment against Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework and returns a Current State Analysis: the commercial opportunity, the findings ranked by impact and effort, a first delivery phase and roadmap, and the security posture. No payment and no card details are required.
- Not the official Microsoft assessment. This is a Spotto review based on Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework. It is not the official Microsoft Well-Architected Review, and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft.
- Who can take part. You must work for a Managed Service Provider that manages Microsoft Azure for its clients, be authorized to accept these terms on that MSP's behalf, and be 18 or older. Spotto may accept or decline any request at its discretion.
- How the review works. After you request a review, we arrange a short setup call. On that call you grant read-only access to the one client estate you choose, with our guidance, so you can see exactly what is granted before anything begins. Spotto then reviews the environment and returns your Current State Analysis.
- Your client's consent. To review a client's Azure estate, you connect that environment to Spotto. You confirm that you have the authority, and any consent required from your client, to connect their Azure tenant to Spotto for the purpose of this review. Obtaining and holding that consent is your responsibility, and Spotto relies on that confirmation.
- Access is read-only. The review runs on reader-level access to the one estate you choose. Spotto reads configuration, resource and billing metadata to surface findings; it does not make changes to the environment.
- What we do with the data. Spotto uses the metadata it reads only to prepare and deliver your Current State Analysis. We do not sell it, and we do not use your client's environment data to train machine-learning models. We handle any personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
- How long we keep it, and deletion. Spotto retains the metadata only for as long as it needs to prepare and deliver your report, and will delete it on request once the review is complete.
- Where the data is handled. Data connected for the review is processed and stored in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Confidentiality and agreements. Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the review. A mutual NDA and a Data Processing Agreement are available on request.
- No obligation. The review is free and carries no obligation to buy anything. Because no card is taken, you will not be charged.
- Early-access product. Spotto and this review are provided on an "as is" basis and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Spotto's liability in connection with the review is limited. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including, where it applies, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
- Privacy. We collect your details to run the review and to contact you about it, handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not add you to unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.
- Changes. We may amend these terms, or pause the offer, if something outside our reasonable control requires it. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
