Stay ahead
of every
client’s Azure.
Spotto watches every tenant across your portfolio and surfaces the work that matters: the risk and cost worth optimising, and the work worth quoting.

The next piece of work is already in the tenant
Every Azure environment you run has a next job in it: a workload heading for end of life, capacity sitting idle, a resilience gap worth closing. Surfacing it means working through each client, screen by screen, on top of everything else the day asks of you. So the proactive work waits behind the reactive.
And finding it is only half the job. Once it’s found, you still have to scope it, price it, and put it to the client in a way they’ll act on. Spotto carries the whole thing, from the work sitting quietly in the tenant to a conversation your client says yes to.

Keep ahead
Know what’s changed across every tenant before your client does.
Protect the book
Catch the security and compliance gaps quietly building up.
Grow the book
Turn the work you find into services your client will say yes to.
See it. Spot it. Sell it. Serve it.
See
Connect your clients’ Azure. Every tenant, in one place, watched continuously.
Spot
The work worth acting on, surfaced and prioritised across your whole book.
Sell
Walk in already scoped. Quote the work without the discovery lift.
Serve
Deliver it, with the work tracked and reported as you go.
Value for every seat
The work surfaces itself, ranked, so no one’s going tenant by tenant to find what needs doing.
See the whole book’s work in one place, scoped and packaged, so you can plan delivery and put a number on it.
Walk into the client conversation already scoped, with the work and its value laid out.
Grow margin from the clients you already have, without adding headcount. The book stays protected while you do it.
It’s bigger than cost
In 24 of 27 mid-market Azure tenants, security or compliance was the biggest category of work we found.
On the primary production subscription of each tenant. 27 mid-market ANZ Azure tenants, one AI-assisted pass, Aug 2026. Figures are a point-in-time snapshot.
What MSPs ask us first
What is Spotto?
An Azure cloud operations and revenue intelligence platform. It connects to your clients’ Azure, watches every tenant, and surfaces the work worth doing across your book: the risk worth heading off and the services worth quoting. Then it packages them into SOWs and service-delivery memos with the what, the why and the how, ready for the client conversation. When you’re ready, push them into your PSA workflow in ConnectWise.
How is Spotto different to Azure’s own tooling?
Azure Advisor and Cost Management work a tenant at a time, and they stop at the recommendation. Spotto sits across every tenant you manage and watches continuously, so you know what’s changed before your client does. It covers cost, and it covers the security, compliance and resilience work sitting alongside it. Across the 27 mid-market tenants we looked at, cost was around 4% of what was there.
Then it carries the finding the rest of the way: scoped, costed, and packaged into an SOW or service-delivery memo your client can act on, ready to push into ConnectWise when you are.
Is my client data safe?
Spotto is read-only by default. It connects with Reader access to the subscriptions you choose, so the version watching a client estate has no power to change anything in it. You set the scope, and you can revoke it in seconds three ways: the service principal in Azure, the Spotto API keys, or deleting the cloud account. Your data stays in your region (AU, EU and US deployments are isolated), and Spotto reads operational metadata (configuration, billing, metrics), never workload content or secrets.
